*Cara oplos Teh*
Campur semua teh ke dalam toples
Kocok agar teh tercampur rata
Tutup rapat biar harumnya awet tanan lama.
*Cara membuat Biang Teh Tawar*
1 Lt Air
20 gram teh oplos
(kalau rebus 5L tinggal kali 5 aja tehnya)
Rebus air sampai mendidih kecilkan alinya masukkan teh oplos. adu2 sampai rata sekitar 2-3 menit saja samapi teh tercampur dan berubah warna.
Matikan kompor lalu tutup panci sekitar minimal 30 menit. Makin lama teh makin meresap.
Cara penyajian
Biang teh dan air biasanya perbandingannya 1:2 atau 1:3 untuk gelas 300ml.
