Brielle Shop akan berusaha memberikan yang terbaik kepada seluruh customer mulai dari kualitas Produk, Harga, Pengiriman, Akurasi, Pelayanan, Garansi dan Refund kepada customer dan dealer, maka ada beberapa Ketentuan berbelanja, berikut adalah ketentuan-ketentuannya :
Barang yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar kecuali Rusak dan proses sesuai garansi dari setiap produk.
Kerusakan Produk yang diakibatkan oleh ekspedisi, Bencana Alam dan force majour (misal: banjir, gempa) bukan tanggung jawab Brielle Shop
Garansi berlaku sejak barang di kirim oleh penjual.
Semua biaya ongkos kirim PP (Pergi-Pulang) di tanggung Sepenuhnya oleh Pembeli.
Ketentuan Pengirman :
1. Barang akan kami kirim setiap hari senin sampai jumat jam 08:00-16:00 WIB.
2. 2. Orderan yang kami terima sebelum pukul 1 siang akan dikirim pada hari yang sama, orderan melewati pukul 1 siang akan dikirim hari berikutnya.
3. 3. Warna atau type harap konfirmasi karena stock dapat berubah-ubah sewaktu-waktu.
4. 4. Untuk pemesanan kuantiti besar harap konfirmasi sebelum pengiriman dikarenakan stock keluar masuk dapat berubah-ubah.
