It has a very versatile jaw opening range of 37.25mm to 41.5mm and will accommodate with any Arca style plate from various makers such as really right stuff (RRS), Wimberley, Arca Swiss, Kirk Enterprises, Markins, etc.. The nodal slide is precision CNC machined and is compatible with all Arca-swiss style quick-release plates. It helps to find the nodal point accurately for panoramic photography. For close-up photography, slide the camera in and out without moving the tripod. The double dovetail allows you to mount the rail to an arca clamp and combine with the bi-directional clamp for incredible versatility.
