Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver & golden. Length represents length of tubing from end to end when unit is laid flat and is taut. Made out of Natural Rubber Latex. The soluble proteins (or latex Allergens) have been leached out to the extent it is 99.998% free of these allergens which effects of use by those with Latex sensitivities is unknown. The resistance level of exercise tubing is obtained by varying thickness of the tubing. Each Resistance is colour coded.
