After the cards are used in the casinos--generally for less than one shift--they are cancelled by the shift boss who signs/dates the boxes and marks the decks. The cards are sent to the prison in Nevada where the "residents" sort, and reseal the decks. We buy these decks sealed and sell them that way. We aren't responsible for a missing or duplicate card on sealed decks. THESE CARDS HAVE A CORNER THAT WAS CLIPPED AND THEY USE MARKERS ON THEM FOR SECURITY REASONS. OTHERWISE THEY ARE LIKE NEW WITH THE CASINO LOGO.
