Why does it have to be Mokapot? because coffee brewed with Mokapot will give a taste and aroma that is hard to forget. Unlike the third wave making methods such as V60 and others, not all single origins, both arabica and robusta, are suitable for use in mokapot.
This coffee blend will produce a strong coffee aroma with caramelized flavor, chocolate, buttery with low acidity and balanced bitter taste.
The results from Mokapot will resemble Espresso but still cannot replace espresso, because the character and sensation of mokapot are different from espresso machines.
