His real name is Johnny Armstrong: an American who was captured by the Nazis who used his body in their experiments to create the ultimate super soldier. Their experiment went drastically wrong when Johnny became Superpatriot and busted loose from their capture. Fighting crime since the 1940s, Superpatriot was a regular super hero until just recently when he was destroyed by Savage Dragons foes, the Vicious Circle.
