This fully washed coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Ethiopia. It is a sweet and balanced cup, low acidity with more sweetness. You’ll get a fruity smell like tangerine, white grape, and a hint of apricot at the finish. You might get the aromatic dried flower and lemongrass in the aroma. The longer you let this cool, the more you will get it out. This coffee is quickly becoming our favorite, but whatever the brew method, no matter how you brew it, we know you will enjoy this coffee.
