Sourdough Brownie
Sourdough with a hint of chocolate chips on it and baked with cocoa as one of the ingredients to give a little bit of sweetness in the fairly sour base taste. Made with natural yeast and fermented for more than 24 hours, it gives a balance of crispy outside and chewy inside.
Best served:
Spread butter on it and enjoy it with coffee or milk.
Shelf life:
Two days in room temperature, up to five days in chiller.
