Sottolestelle Organic Whole Spelt Spaghetti, 500g

Food specialty based on organic wholemeal spelled flour. Dried slowly and at a low temperature to better preserve the nutritional characteristics of the spelled. The pasta is bronze drawn, this gives it the ideal roughness to better retain the sauce. The colour is slightly darker, due to the fact that it is made with grain that has not had its outermost part removed and this also gives it a higher fiber content. Format suitable for all recipes.
