This richly flavorful tsuyu uses plenty of carefully selected katsuobushi for an elegant touch. Can be used in any dish including udon and soba.

It is refined tsuyu of Kyoto. It is made from select ingredients, and has a rich flavor of katsuo-bushi(dried bonito). You can use it for soba, udon, somen, nabe, tempura, gyu-don, oyako-don, chilled tofu, sukiyaki, and so on.
Directions; dilute the sauce with water
3times for dippng sauce of cold soba(udon), somen
4times for dipping sauce of tempura, oyako-don, gyu-don, etc
6times for hot soba(udon)
9times for nabe, etc
10times for nikujaga, simmered fish, etc
* No need to dilute for chilled tofu, sukiyaki, etc
Ingredients; soy sauce, sugar, salt, dried bonito, dried mackerel, dried baby sardine and amino acid.
How to use
Thin the tsuyu by combining 1 part of this product with 3 parts cold water. (For dipping)
Thin the tsuyu by combining 1 part of this product with 5 parts hot water. (For hot soba/udon)
