HERE’S THE DIFFERENCE…We start with the highest quality logs and heat treat them with a unique kiln drying process above 160 degrees for 40-48 hours. This is well above the minimum requirement to be USDA certified. This allows the wood to burn cleaner hotter and longer. Also through our kiln drying process all pests bugs and mold that might have been in the logs are eliminated. This makes our products safe to ship and store anywhere.
