The Warm Up Swing and Grip trainer is designed to improve your swing while providing a core muscle workout. It improves your timing and teaches a player how the hands work through impact. The ball will extend out to twice its original length producing a pronounced ‘POP’ at the bottom of the swing. Ideally this should be at impact. The extension of the ball-shaft helps the hands move through impact into a good shake-hands finish position. The Warm up Swing and Grip trainer comes with a preformed training grip and is available for right-handed golfers only.
