Welcome to my third book in the series of small cookbooks, Cocktails. It seemed the logical next step in the series. Cocktails play an import role in every social event. As the guests arrive, then after the greetings the next step is, "what would you like to drink"? And over the years I have tried to create unique cocktails for specific events. Sometimes just researching cocktails from the past or just creating a new one that will help convey the theme for the evening.
