Le Sirop de MONIN Watermelon
Enjoyed all throughout the summer in French markets, watermelon is consumed across the world: as a condiment seasoned with vinegar in the United States, as an ingredient in beer in Russia, etc. Easily recognisable with its thick, stripy green skin and its intensely red flesh, watermelon is known for its hydrating properties as it is gorged with water. In jams, cold soups or fruit salads, it pairs wonderfully well with mint, basil or even lemon.

THE MONIN TIPS
It pairs wonderfully with red fruits, in particular with strawberry, either in flavoured waters or Frozen Daïquiris. Its fruity and refreshing smell also goes hand in hand with plantbased flavours: mint, lemongrass, cucumber, or other exotic fruits such as mango or pomegranate.
