Skin Dewi - Organic SkincareIs often considered as a plant based hyaluronic acid. It is a clear colorless gel with a superior moisturizing and a light film forming effect with a soft touch. It has an extraordinary transparency. The original viscosity is around 16000-20000 mPaS and you can dilute it up to 50% without a significant change in the viscosity.It is based on a polysaccharide composed of mannose units substituted with xylose and glucuronic acid units. This polymer is extracted from the mushroom Tremella fuciformis, an edible white gelly mushroom (known as snow mushroom).VEGELURON ® GEL has a superior water retention capacity and is able to efficiently moisturize skin and hair. It is a plant based alternative to hyaluronic acid. Its softness makes it also a natural alternative to silicones.You can apply VEGELURON ® as it is in an airless or a lotion bottle as a moisturizing serum or apply it into your creams and lotions as well as hair and facial tonics. Blend it simply with a hydrosol of your choice (rosewater for example), you can blend it in a 1:1 ratio with the hydrosol and still have the gel consistency and viscosity.
