Schmazey Light Blue Photoshop Action

This is a variation of the popular "Schmazey" Photoshop action. In addition to adding a nice light blue, color effect to the photo, it also adds some contrast, fades the shadows and highlights, throws in some film grain and a whole bunch more. This is one of my personally most used Photoshop actions and it has been tested and fine-tuned over a long time. It was developed using Photoshop CC.
