Politics is one of the bloodiest battlefields. For ages, power and domination over nations have been the prime causes for conflict and bloodshed, and still humans who are given the important responsibility of governing a country can’t understand how to perform the task they are given. Directed and co-written by Prakash Jha and starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor and Ajay Devgan, Satyagraha is a political drama film that shows the plight of corrupt government officials who are so immersed in their filth that they do as little as they can for the needs of the common people who suffer and the most for their own selfish interests. This film follows the intolerance of the masses to the outrageous deceit of the government.
