4. Jika ada kerusakan barang kami akan REFUND dengan menyertakan foto & video UNBOXING produk.
5. REFUND hanya berlaku untuk pembelian menggunakan GRABSEND/GOSEND diluar pengiriman tersebut apabila terjadi kerusakan menjadi tanggungjawab PEMBELI
6. Disarankan untuk menambah extra kardus atau extra bubblewarp untuk mencegah kerusakan pada pengiriman barang dan menjaga kualitas barang, terutama pengiriman melalui ekspedisi J&T/JNE/Sicepat dll. Kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh ekspedisi atau tanpa tambahan extra bubblewarp & extra kardus DILUAR TANGGUNGJAWAB KAMI.
