User Advise: Japanese nib tips are finer than European tips, therefore if you are interested in a fine nib, we would recommend a medium nib in Sailor( tipping size: 0.6mm) which is equivelant to a medium nib in other European brands.Unlike other brands where the nib is either a 14 or 18kt gold nib, this Sailor pen uses a 21kt gold nib, 21kt gold being much more flexible, it is advised to use this pen with a light hand and not apply any pressure while writing.
