The MTB Comp RS Shoes have been constructed with a Wrap Fit upper that incorporates a structural layer of synthetic leather which conforms to the foot like a second skin. The construction is comprised of two parts: the structural layer and the accu-form butted seams. This system provides a supportive structure that is comfortable and free of pressure points. The upper features velcro adjustable d-ring positioning and two lower direct mount anatomic fit straps that can articulate to adapt to the shape of the foot.
Scott have equipped the shoes with their anatomically designed and adjustable ErgoLogic insole. Foot zoning allows them to consider the anatomical shape of the foot and ergonomically pre-shape the insoles for a perfect fit to support the cyclist's foot. This provides a stable foundation for improved comfort and power transfer. The sole is stiff enough to satisfy the performance instinct but comfortable enough for all-day rides, while the sticky rubber surface on the sole allows you to walk easily when not on your bike.
