This round self-basting roaster is made from carbon steel, which has excellent heat retention capabilities. Perfect for roasting meat and vegetables, the dimpled lid will keep the food basted by directing the moisture downwards. Handles on its sides make it safe to lift and carry. A metal rack prevents the food from absorbing too much fat, while the blue vitreous enamel finish adds some sparkle.
