William Griffin tells the story of this fascinating 113-mile long railroad that linked the Atlantic Coast Line and Seaboard Airline railroads south of Richmond, Virginia, with the whole Northeastern US via Washington, D.C. Filled with excellent photos of the RF&P's own passenger cars which were parts of the 'pooled' fleet operating between NY and Florida, as well as its own equipment operating in local service over its own short line.
