Retail Florist Business

One review: I originally got this book because I was thinking about starting a floral business, and ended up using some important information in this book for the business that I currently own. Granted some of the stuff in this book is out of date, but a lot of it is really life long knowledge. While it really applies to the actual floral business, it gives some really great ideas that can be applied to any (in store) retail business... It was worth the money, even though I decided that a floral business would not be for me at this time.
