Traditional Indonesian dish originaly from West Sumatera. The process of making rendang is called ‘Marandang’, which takes hours to complete. Fresh meat beocmes tender and flavorful due to long period in the simmering coconut milk.
Best served on top of a bowl of rice.
Ingredients :
beef, garlic, shallot, turmeric, candlenut, chili, ginger,
coriander, bay leaf, lemongrass, turmeric leaf, cumin,
galangal, salt, sugar, coconut milk.
