Red Blue Frames & Borders

This is a collection of 6 different circle frames and border patterns in red and blue with stars and polka dots by Melissa Held Designs. You can use these frames and borders to create decorations, labels, tags, scrapbook elements, and cards for any and all American Holidays and nautical themes. Borders are 12" wide and vary in thickness. Circle frames are approximately 3.5" in diameter. All motifs are saved as brushes in the EPS and AI files and can be used to create borders and frames of any size.
