During the preparation of the pasta, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has added to the durum wheat semolina and water to make Tonnarelli, grooved Linguine, some genuine Squid Ink, in order to obtain a colored and naturally flavored pasta without any addition of colorants or preservatives, ready to be enjoyed as it is or by adding a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but it can be well appreciated with other seasonings of the Italian tradition. Only the best durum wheat semolina is selected with a higher gluten content, pure water, bronze dies and low-temperature drying. These are the elements that have always help to obtain a rough, tasty and high quality.
