Matcha "SAMIDORI" is an easy-to-drink Matcha with a defined Matcha taste and aroma while maintaining low bitterness and astringency.
While the quality of Saimidori's Matcha powder is high enough for drinking it as an Usucha Matcha (thin-tea preparation), it's a quality Matcha that can also be used for latte, cooking, and confectionery. It's strong enough to allow you to enjoy the original flavor of Matcha even in these altered forms.
Yamamasa Koyamaen is one of the oldest tea producers in Japan. Their Matcha uses only the finest ingredients and production methods.
