Psyllium Husk (250 gr)

Psyllium Husk Powder is native to India and is derived from the whole husk of psyllium seeds. Psyllium husk is a white fibrous material derived from the outer coating of the psyllium seed, from the plant of the Plantago Genus like the bran layer of grains. It is considered pure dietary fibre and promotes a healthy colon and can alleviate irritable bowel syndrome.
How To Use
Psyllium husk is odourless and almost tasteless so can be added to juice, water or smoothies for extra fibre or sprinkled on your morning cereal or porridge. Mix 1 level tablespoon daily into at least 12 oz of water or juice and consume immediately.
Warning
Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.
