The MICROMOT 60 / EF can optionally also be operated with MICROMOT steel collets. This is recommended when milling and finishing work with high lateral pressure in continuous operation. This ensures that the shafts cannot loosen during prolonged use. Due to the design, high concentricity and impact-free work are better with collets than with quick-release chucks.
