Mozzarella made using traditional methods and milk of the highest quality ensures a delicious ingredient for oven-baked dishes, fried delicacies or fresh with cured meat or salad.
Specially developed pearls at a specific weight of 2g (also available in 5g, 10g and 20g) ensure an easily manageable format that melts very easily, perfect for a wide variety of uses from oven-baked recipes to fresh salad dishes.
Each individual piece has a specific weight which means it can be easily counted (e.g. 100 2g pieces = 200g), making it easy to calculate and extract exact amounts as and when they are needed.

Storage:
Store in a refrigerator in an airtight container. Even though
the product is microbiologically sound after 14 days, we
recommend it be consumed once thawed. Do not refreeze
once defrosted.
