About the Author Khaled Mahmassani was born in Dubai in 1979 to Lebanese parents, immediately after graduating from university, and after years of self-search in many disciplines and colleges, he graduated from the university with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and immediately joined the work with his father in the exchange institution, and remained working until he received an administrative position, but, after 14 years of work and experience, he left the position and all its advantages, to turn to the world of professional bread that he loved for several years, and then he grew more passionate, after that, he moved to work in Professional bakeries in more than one country to gain experience.
