Use the Porter-Cable® 5.6 Amp Variable Speed 16,000-31,000 1/4-Inch Laminate Trimmer for more refined work than possible with a standard-size router. You can use the trimmer on wood and laminated material to smooth, chamfer and round over edging and to create channels and slots. You can also remove the Porter-Cable laminate trimmer from its fixed base to rout out mortises by hand using jigs and templates. The trimmer has a variable-speed range of 16,000 to 35,000 rpm, powered by a 5.6-Amp motor. A one-nut locking spindle holds a 1/4-inch collet, supporting one-wrench bit changes.
