Tepung olahan kue chiffon pandan siap pakai, Berat neto produk 400 gr
Saran penyajian :
Bahan : - 7 butir telur (400gr) - 3 Sendok makan air -150cc santan kental matang
Panaskan oven 160 derajat celsius.
alasi dasar loyang dengan kertas minyak lalu olesi bagian dalam loyang( semua sisi) dengan margarin.
Kocok telur selama 3 menit dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi
Masukan PONDAN Chiffon Pandan cake mix dan air lalu kocok lagi pada kecepatan tinggi selama 8 menit sampai adonan kental dan mengembang
Masukan santan kental matang lalu di aduk ( tampa mixer sampai merata dengan sendok kue.
Tuang adonan kedalam loyang Chiffon (ukuran 25x10 cm) yang telah di olesi margarin. Panggang dengan api kecil (160 derajat) selama 1 jam hingga matang. Untuk mengetahui kue yang di panggang sudah matang apa belum, tusuk bagian tengah kue dengan tusuk gigi lalu angkat. Bila tidak ada adonan yang menempel bearti kue sudah matang.
