Cara membuat:
Panaskan oven (1200C), apabila memakai baking pan, panasi alasnya di atas kompor dengan api sedang (1200C) selama 10 menit sebelum pemanggangan.
MASUKKAN ragi instan (terdapat dalam dus ini) ke dalam 50 cc air, aduk lalu diamkan sebentar
TAMBAHKAN garam secukupnya pada santan instan agar gurih rasanya
KOCOK telur hingga mengembang selama 5 menit
masukkan 400 gram tepung kue Pondan Bika Ambon dan ragi yang sudah larut ke dalamnya lalu aduk sampai merata dengan menggunakan sendok kayu atau Soletan.masukkan santan instan dan margarin cair ±25g ke dalam adonan aduk sampai rata lalu diamkan ±1,5 jam sampai mengembang.
OLESI loyang atau baking pan dalam margarin yang tebal panggang dengan api sedang (1200C) sampai matang selama 30 menit. Hidangan siap untuk dinikmati
