Pilgrim in the Sun: A Southwestern Omnibus

This paperback book "Pilgrim in the Sun" is preowned but is in very good condition. It is a 1st edition 1988. The name of the previous owner is in the front of the book. The cover looks good with minor wear. The first page has pulled loose from spine as shown in the picture. On the outside of the pages there are some spots as the picture shows. I do not see any markings in the book but I did not look at each page.
