Pierson Guides Colorado: Recreational Road Atlas

This edition of the Pierson Guides Colorado Recreational Road Atlas has been upgraded extensively over the previous edition. Divided into three sections, the book is a wealth of information for vacationers and other travelers. The map section features full-color shaded relief maps of the entire state. The gazetteer section includes maps of 48 towns and cities with information for each one on annual events, points of interest, and important addresses and telephone numbers. Each town has a short paragraph of local history. There is also a page listing ADA accessible activities. The index section includes information on national parks, forests and grasslands, state park and wildlife areas, hiking trails, lakes and reservoirs, fishing and hunting, and mountain peaks and passes. The list of cities, towns and places includes elevations, populations and zip codes. All in all, a lot of information in one place.
