Designed to cast 4-6ozs (113/170g), this 3-piece, 15ft 9in Penn Rampage II Surf rod has a progressive fast taper action, and is designed to achieve maximum casting, whatever your casting style.Engineered to be fished with both braided and monofilament line. The new fast blank construction provides a thin diameter blank which overall creates increasing casting distances and a better bite detection. The hybrid ringing is suitable for either fixed spool or multiplier use with Fuji rings throughout the length, an aluminium reel seat and a shrink tube fore grip, with deep red finished blank.It offers excellent bite detection at maximum range, but has the power in the mid-section and butt to really pressurise hard fighting fish such as winter cod, summer rays and bass.
