Description
Paru sapi 500 gram merupakan salah satu jeroan yang populer. Memiliki tekstur empuk, lembut, dan rasanya yang gurih. Dapat diolah menjadi beragam lauk enak yang simpel seperti oseng paru, paru balado, paru goreng crispy, dsb.
Cara merebus paru sapi
- Rebus air hingga mendidih di dalam panci
- Masukkan serai geprek, daun salam, dan daun jeruk yang sudah disobek-sobek
- Masukkan paru dan rebus selama 25-30 menit
- Tutup panci dan sesekali dibalik agar paru matangnya merata
- Angkat dan tiriskan
Cara penyimpanan :
- Chiller / kulkas : 1 - 2 hari (mentah)
3 - 4 hari (matang)
- Freezer : 6 - 12 bulan (mentah)
3 - 6 bulan (matang)
- Perlu disimpan dalam wadah yang bersih dan kedap udara
- Jika kondisi daging berubah warna (kebiruan / kehijauan), tektur (lengket dan berlendir), dan aroma bau tak sedap segera dibuang
Cara proses mencairkan makanan beku :
- Freezer ke chiller (cukup sehari atau semalaman)
- Air mengalir (pastikan dikemas plastik dengan rapat sebelum diletakkan di bawah air mengalir)
- Microwave (hanya bisa dalam jumlah sedikit agar merata)
- Suhu ruang (dalam keadaan terbungkus rapat, membutuhkan waktu sekitar 30-60 menit)
Pemberitahuan :
1. Jam operasional TRIMEATY KOSAMBI pukul 06.00-14.00 WIB.
2. Pemesanan diatas pukul 14.00 WIB akan diproses dan dikirimkan dihari berikutnya.
3. Disarankan menggunakan pengiriman kurir Sameday atau Instant.
4. Disarankan menggunakan box styrofoam atau thermal pouch untuk pengiriman same day.
5. Pihak toko selalu memastikan kondisi barang beku sebelum melakukan pengiriman.
6. Jika ingin melakukan pick up langsung dapat menghubungi pihak toko terlebih dahulu.
