Untuk 1kg Basmati
CARA MEMASAK NASI KEBULI
Bahan yang diperlukan :
1kg Beras Basmati ( Cuci bersih dan rendam ±25
menit )
Bumbu Kebuli (Rempah2, Bumbu basah, Bumbu kering halus)
1L air
1⁄2 sdt garam
Penyedap rasa
Bawang bombay (potong dadu)
5 siung bawang putih ( tumbuk kasar )
2 sdt minyak untuk menumis, 6 sdt untuk menggoreng
Cara membuat :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan bumbu kebuli. Tumis hingga harum.
Masukan daging ayam kemudian aduk. Tuang air, garam, dan penyedap rasa aduk sampai rata. Masak hingga daging empuk, kemudian angkat daging ayam dan sisihkan.
Masukan beras, Masak dengan api kecil hingga airnya terserap habis.
Panaskan minyak, Goreng daging ayam hingga berwarna kecokelatan kemudian angkat.
Sajikan nasi kebuli dengan daging ayam goreng.
Nasi Kebuli Ayam Siap Untuk Disantap. (untuk 8-10 orang).
