- Paket akan dikirim dengan J&T Reguler atau SiCepat Reguler, bukan one day service. Sabtu, Minggu dan tanggal merah tidak ada pengiriman barang.
- Order di atas jam 2 siang akan dikirim di hari kerja selanjutnya. Misalkan order di hari Jumat sore, paket akan dikirim di hari Senin karena weekend tidak ada pengiriman.
- Bisa request penulisan greetings asalkan ditulis saat order (di bagian Catatan untuk Penjual; sebelum check out).
