PERMEN TAPE (Suwar-suwir)
500 gram
Bahan baku untuk membuat permen tape sangatlah sederhana yakni: kelapa, gula pasir dan tape. Berikut adalah cara mengolah permen tape : pertama-tama tape dan kelapa dihaluskan secara bersamaan menggunakan mesin selep, lalu dimasak menggunakan tungku dan kayu bakar sambil diaduk ditambahkan gula putih sampai matang hingga semua bahan tercampur rata. Bila sudah berubah warna kecoklatan, diangkat lalu diletakkan kedalam loyang besar lalu diratakan, diamkan hingga dingin lalu dipotong kotak sesuai ukuran. Untuk cara pengemasan masih tradisional dengan menggunakan kertas khusus,
