BUMBU MARINASI / BUMBU UTAMA RENDAM AYAM SEBELUM PENEPUNGAN
Bumbu marinasi adalah Bumbu dasar penuh dgn racikan bumbu, digunakan untuk membumbui ayam mentah nya, (tujuannya supaya daging ayam empuk dan setelah digoreng rasanya enak, tidak anyep)
.
Cara Memarinasi Ayam:
1. Potong 1 ekor ayam menjadi 10 atau 12 bagian ( sesuai kebutuhan )
2. Cuci sampai bersih ayam.
3. Tiriskan sampai kandungan air di ayam sudah tidak ada.
4. Baluri semua bagian ayam dengan bumbu marinasi 30 gram samapai merata.
5. Simpan di kulkas minimal 6 jam, lebih baik menginap utk hasil maksimal.
6. Untuk Proses pengorengan, jangan lupa menggunakan tepung bumbu ( sudah di mix dengan bumbu )
