MOHON SEBELUM ORDER BACA TERLEBIH DULU
Paket kacang kedelai impor & ragi berkualitas
paket : ▪︎kacang 500gr + ragi 20gr
▪︎kacang 500gr + ragi 50gr +plastik 20x40[50gr]
▪︎kacang 250gr + ragi 20gr +plastik20x40[2 lembar]
pemakaian ragi :▪︎2gram ragi untuk 1kg kacang kedelai
Cara Membuat:
1. Rendam kedelai selama 6-8jam
2. Rebus Kedelai selama 30menit
3. Rendam kedelai bersama air rebusan + air biasa 1:1 selama 12jam
4. Remas-remas kedelai hingga pecah dan bersihkan kulit sampai bersih
5. Kukus kedelai selama 20 menit
6. Tiriskan/angin-anginkan kedelai sampai kering lembab
7. Taburkan ragi tempe 1-2 sendok teh
8. Bungkus kedelai dengan plastik atau daun
9. Jangan lupa tusuk-tusuk bungkusnya dengan jarum atau tusuk gigi dan jangan ditumpuk
10. Diamkan selama 24jam sampai jadi tempe
