Orient Soba With Wasabi is a Japanese style cold noodles complete with dipping sauce and wasabi seasoning. It is made from buckwheat which is healthy, low in fat and trans fat free. Great on its own or as a complement to any salads or main dishes. Ideal for stir fry and soup dishes, Low fat, No need to refrigerate.

Preparation and Usage
Cooking Direction for Soba
Boil 400ml of water in a saucepan.
Add Orient Soba Noodles and cook for 2 minutes, drain noodles in colander, return to bowl.
Noodles are now ready to eat.
Serve with your favourite soup base.
