Ingredients:
Buckwheat Flour (49%), Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Carbonate), Potato Starch, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabilizer
Directions:
1. Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl and add 8 fl oz cold water, 3 fl oz milk, and 3 eggs (lightly beaten). Stir all ingredients into a smooth batter. Use more liquid for thinner pancakes.
2. Lightly grease the frying pan and preheat.
3. Pour batter into a frying pan to the desired size and cook over low-medium heat. When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and cook another side until golden brown.
