Organic Wheat Berries (1 Kg)

Wheat berries ada the edible part of the wheat kernel, including the bran, the germ, and the endosperm. Wheat berries are filled with fibre, protein and iron.
Direction:
Add 1 cup grain to 2 cup boiling water, cover, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour or until soft (for quicker cooking, soak wheat berries overnight first). Drain.
Use cooked wheat berries like you would rice or any other whole grain, in soups, salads, side dishes or as a base for a stir-fry. You can even add water to the berries to grow wheat grass!
