As a part of the Bourbon variety which originated from Brazil, the Caturra has a distinctive lemony flavor with a medium light body, this is the perfect coffee to balance with the strong Mandheling coffee, which is one of the reason we bring this coffee to be planted in the cool climate of the Wahana Estate.

This particular variety was obtained from Tana Toraja, a region in Sulawesi which is known for its high iron content in its soil, which is believe have a strong effect on the coffee flavor.
This particular specialty coffee is known for its cleaness with a nutty and spicy aroma, typical sweetness of Indonesian coffee with the smooth and soft after taste.
[RASUNA]
A hybrid between Catimor and Bourbon, this coffee can be considered as the orginal taste of Mandheling coffee which was planted in the Lintong ni huta region during the Dutch colonial domination in Indonesia. As part of our social responsibility, we feel the needs to preserve this breed so that it would not die due to the lack of trees renewal in Indonesia, the temperature wide gap in the Wahana Estate provide to the Rasuna coffee to push the complexity of its flavor and aroma.
