Storage:
Chocolate products are inherently heat-sensitive. If the product is received in a soft and melted state, our storage suggestions are as follows:
1. Store and chill chocolate in the refrigerator, not the freezer.
2. If after cooling there are white spots that appear on the surface of the chocolate, then that is normal.
3. White patches are a sign of cocoa butter separating from other chocolate particles as the chocolate melts. Chocolate with white spots is still delicious and safe for consumption.
4. Store chocolate at room temperature 16-18C or in an air-conditioned room and avoid direct sunlight.
5. Avoid storing chocolate near strong-smelling food or objects.
Refund Policy:
We ship with free bubble wrap to minimize the possibility of melting. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we CANNOT offer refunds nor can we accept returns. We only accept returns if the product you receive does not match the order.
