Wheat & water combines simple ingredients to create traditional, slow-dried, artisanal pastas. No artificial colorings or additives are used.
Our Rainbow Mix incorporates five vegetables - pumpkin, tomato, beet, spinach, butterfly pea flower - to create the most colorful plate of pasta.
Ondine is spiral shape with free-flowing, soft curls, reminiscent of its Latin origin “little waves”, Ondine is designed to maximize the surface area - in one case for heat exchange and the other for absorbing flavor and trapping sauce. Most recommended for lighter cream and tomato sauces.
